I've been in and around retail for 35 years and dealing with this store was one of, if not the best customer experience I've ever had. From knowing exactly what I wanted - with a minimum of explaining, agreeing to hold it and even staying open late for me until I could get there; I couldn't fault their service.

Great service I came running in at 7:30 in the morning as I was in need of a 5/16th bit and even though there more of a plumbing warehouse the bloke working jumped up and started searching and found exactly what I needed and saved the day! So thankyou very much

I can't rate these guys highly enough. I called in to see if they had a tap &/or extenders as was having issues finding hardware to replace a couple of taps. Even though it was late in the day and they were probably hoping to pack up, they took the time to look at the parts that I already had and came up with a solution with them. I felt terrible that they went to so much effort when I didn't even buy anything from them but now I know they exist and how amazing they are, I'll be back for any future work! Thank you so much!
